Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta international airport from where our driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel. On your way to the hotel, enjoy the scenic view of Nairobi while on the Nairobi Expressway which is a 27 kilometres (17 miles) toll road in Kenya. Check in to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full day in Nairobi

After Breakfast, our driver will pick you up for the day’s activity. First, we will head out to Nairobi National Museum. The Museum aims to interpret Kenya’s rich heritage and offers a one stop for visitors to sample the country’s rich heritage both for education and leisure. Also, where there are spell binding displays of the early man tribal regalia and the flora and fauna of Kenya.

The Snake Park serves as a home for rescued and threatened reptiles. The park attracted a number of researchers who donated a diversity of specimens both locally and internally. Among the animals exhibited are, venomous and non-venomous snakes, crocodiles, tortoises, turtles, lizards among many. The park also has an aquarium section, that exhibits both marine and fresh water fish.

After, you will be driven to Nairobi Cbd to experience the bustling city and it’s heritage. The Nairobi city walking tour covers the modern city center the colorful Nairobi city market, parliament buildings, Kenyatta International Convention Centre; the landmark of Nairobi (KICC), The 7th memorial park bomblast, the Nairobi railway station museum.

After, have lunch, then head out back to the hotel to freshen up. In the evening, head out to Carnivore Restaurant for dinner.  It is an open-air restaurant in the Langata suburb of Nairobi, Kenya. Carnivore’s specialty is meat, and features an all-you-can-eat meat buffet and served with desert. After dinner, our driver will drop you at the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Full day in Nairobi

After breakfast, our driver will pick you at the hotel and begin Nairobi City Tour. You will first be taken to the Nairobi National Park for a half-day game drive.  Wide open grass plains and backdrop of the city scrapers, scattered acacia bush play host to a wide variety of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes and diverse birdlife with over 400 species recorded. After we will head out to have lunch and Later proceed to the giraffe centre to see and feed the famous rothschild giraffe, feeding the animals by your mouth and it seems like you are kissing the giraffe. That is a priceless photo opportunity to miss. After you will be dropped at your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4: Departure from Nairobi

 

After you enjoy breakfast at the hotel you can enjoy the hotel amenities until  your pick up time. Our driver will pick you you up at and drop you at the airport for your outbound flight. You will leave Kenya carrying a lifetime of memories.

Pricing Notes:-

  • The rates are per person sharing based on number of pax per vehicle.
  • Rates are priced as per usd ($)
  • SRS is applicable over and above the per adult sharing rate (2 pax rate) when a room is occupied by 1 Adult, whether alone or sharing with a child/ren.
  • The rate for the Single Room Supplement (SRS) has to be added to the cost of per person sharing rate on 2 pax column.
  • Cut off (Till how many days before we can book package); 1 week prior, subject to hotel and/ or vehicle availability.
  • Rooms to open for selling as per according to respective hotel availability.
  • Child Sharing with Adult Rate remains the same whether with bed or with no bed. Hotels will provide a maximum of 1 extra bed per room ie the maximum configuration of a room will be either 3 single beds, or a double bed and an extra (single) bed.
  • Infant under 2yrs sharing with Adults: Foc (Free of Charge).
  • Tours to start and end within the date bands indicated under the Period Column. If the tour extends to the next date band (season/period), kindly request for rates.
  • Rates are exclusive of holiday’s supplement (Easter Holiday; 29th March-2nd April)

 Please Note:

  1. A Maximum of 2 Singles will be extended per group at Single Room Rate. Any additional Single rooms will be charged at double room rate.
  1. All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Tourists’ Visa to Kenya should be applied for on-line on http://evisa.go.ke/evisa.html as manual visa on arrival is no longer available.
  3. Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa
  4. We shall NOT be liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our office while on tour.
  5. Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and 20 kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable
  6. It is mandatory for travellers returning to some countries from Kenya to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate; and currently a COVID vaccination certificate. As well, anyone entering Kenya should have a COVID negative PCR certificate taken less than 72hrs prior to arrival. Costs of any tests/vaccinations are NOT included in the quote above. Kindly reconfirm on the requirements before confirming any booking.
  7. Plastic bags are illegal in Kenya as we are on a positive effort to reduce the impact of plastics on our environment. The ban applies to:
  • Carrier bags with handles & with or without gussets.
  • Flat bags without handles & without gussets.

Please take note that if you are travelling to Kenya, plastic bags that match the above description, including duty free bags, will be confiscated at the airport. There is however a bigger risk that if anyone is caught using these plastic bags, the fine is Ksh. 4, 000, 000 (approximately USD 38 000) or prison sentences of up to four years. Single use plastic is not allowed in the Kenyan protected areas. Kindly bring along your refillable water bottles.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

Low Season (01st March – 31st May)

Cancellations received less than 40 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

  • 40 – 31 days is 30% of the tour cost
  • 30 – 16 days is 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 – 6 days is 75% of the tour cost
  • 5 days – No Show is 100% of the tour cost

Shoulder Season (02nd January – 28th February; June; 01st October – 19th December)

Cancellations received less than 50 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

  • 50 – 41 days is 30% of the tour cost
  • 40 – 31 days is 50% of the tour cost
  • 30 – 15 days is 75% of the tour cost
  • 14 days – No Show is 100% of the tour cost

 Peak Season (01st July – 30th September; 20th December – 01st January)

Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following cancellation fees;

  • 60 – 51 days is 35% of the tour cost
  • 50 – 41 days is 50% of the tour cost
  • 40 – 15 days is 75% of the tour cost
  • 14 days – No Show is 100% of the tour cost
