Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta international airport from where our driver will pick youupand transfer to your hotel. On your way to the hotel, enjoy the scenic viewof Nairobi whileon the Nairobi Expressway which is a 27 kilometers (17 miles) toll road in Kenya. Checkinto hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Arrival in Nairobi-Masai Mara
Our driver will pick you up for you safari. Departure from Nairobi for Masai Mara. Along the way, you will have a scenic drive down into the Great Rift Valley, onwards to Masai Mara, Kenya's premier game reserve. Stop briefly en-route at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of what is the world's largest Valley, said to be even visible from space. Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch. The afternoon/evening game drive at allows spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and
Wildebeest.

Day 3: Full day safari in a Masai Mara
Enjoy a Full day in Masai Mara. As your safari is private, your game drive timings areflexible, but our driver and guide will inform you of the days activities. You may alsochoose to have a full day game drive. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be plannedata cost after breakfast. This visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their dailylives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. You can also enjoy balloon experienceover the vast Masai Mara at an extra cost. Return to your lodge by for Dinner and overnightat hotel.

Day 4: Mara-Naivasha
At the break of dawn, enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Enjoy your relaxed breakfast andprepare to check out of the hotel. Embark on your journey to Naivasha. Check in toHotel, Have lunch, head for boat ride+Crescent Island. After head back to hotel for dinner andovernight stay.

- A Maximum of 2 Singles will be extended per group at Single Room Rate. Any additional Single rooms will be charged at double room rate.
- All quotations are based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject tochange without prior notice.
- Any Force Majeure provision does apply when certain circumstances beyond our control arise, making performance inadvisable, illegal, or impossible
- Changes to bookings may be made up to 15 days prior to departure, subject to a $50amendment fee per change. All changes are subject to availability.We shall NOT be liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our office while on tour.
- It is mandatory for travelers returning to some countries from Tanzania to be in possession of a valid Yellow Fever Certificate; and currently a COVID vaccinationcertificate. As well, anyone entering Tanzania should have a COVID negative PCRcertificate taken less than 72hrs prior to arrival. Costs of any tests/vaccinations are NOTincluded in the quote above.

- Flight rates are subject to change based on airline pricing and availability. Alika Adventures will provide the best available rate at the time of booking confirmation; however, final ticket prices may vary until payment is completed and tickets are issued.
- Unless otherwise stated, standard corporate packages include daily breakfast. Additional meals, including lunch, dinner, and special dietary requirements, are available at an extra charge.
- Early check-in requests are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. Alika Adventures will coordinate with the hotel to confirm availability but cannot guarantee early access to rooms without prior confirmation: Rooms are also subject to availability and may incur additional fees, depending on the hotel’s policy. Requests for early check inn/late check-out should be made at least 24 hours before departure, and Alika Adventures will confirm any associated charges
- Variable not mentioned on your Quotation or Payment Receipt or Itinerary for your Holiday or Safari is therein not Part of the Costs and as Such, over and above variables will be payable directly.
- Personal travel insurance cover is recommended for all visitors to East Africa
- We shall NOT be liable for any excursions or extra services NOT booked through our office while on tour.
- Please restrict baggage per person to 15 kilos if you are taking a domestic flight and20kilos if you are doing a road safari. Soft bags are preferable.
- Carrier bags with handles & with or without gussets.
- Flat bags without handles & without gussets.
- Please take note that if you are travelling to Kenya, plastic bags that match the abovedescription, including duty free bags, will be confiscated at the airport. There is however a bigger risk that if anyone is caught using these plastic bags, the fine is Ksh. 4, 000, 000 (approximately USD 38 000) or prison sentences of up to four years. Single useplastic is not allowed in the Kenyan protected areas. Kindly bring along your refillablewater bottles.
Cancellation Policy
Please note the cancellation fees vary based on the season in which your arrival date falls.
Low Season (March 1st – May 31st)
Cancellations received less than 40 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following fees:
- 40 – 31 days: 30% of the tour cost
- 30 – 16 days: 50% of the tour cost
- 15 – 6 days: 75% of the tour cost
- 5 days – No Show: 100% of the tour cost
Shoulder Season (January 2nd – February 28th; June; October 1st – December 19th)
Cancellations received less than 50 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following fees:
- 50 – 41 days: 30% of the tour cost
- 40 – 31 days: 50% of the tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 75% of the tour cost
- 14 days – No Show: 100% of the tour cost
Peak Season (July 1st – September 30th; December 20th – January 1st)
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to the following fees:
- 60 – 51 days: 35% of the tour cost
- 50 – 41 days: 50% of the tour cost
- 40 – 15 days: 75% of the tour cost
- 14 days – No Show: 100% of the tour cost
The Client may incur further cancellation charges from some Suppliers. These charges can vary depending on the cancellation policies of the respective suppliers.
